"I'm seeking an experienced firmware engineer to modify the firmware on a P25Q40SH (SPI Flash 4 Mbit) chip used in a plumbing inspection camera monitor.

The tasks are straightforward:
- Remove the manufacturer’s startup logo.
- Insert our company logo (in JPEG format) into the firmware.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in working with SPI Flash and firmware modification.
- Access to and ability to work with existing firmware source code.
