"I already have a mobile-friendly site built entirely with custom HTML/CSS. I’d like you to wrap it in a lightweight Android WebView so it can be published as a standalone app on Google Play.

Inside the WebView I need Google AdMob fully integrated, serving banner ads continuously, interstitial ads at natural break points, and rewarded video ads where I’ll trigger them with JavaScript. The ad units are ready—your job is to wire them up correctly, respect Google’s policy for frequency, and make sure they load without blocking the page.

Another key requirement is push notifications. Please use Firebase Cloud Messaging (or a comparable solution you prefer) so I can send users real-time updates even when the app is in the background. Opt-in prompts and basic notification handling (tap to open a specific URL inside the WebView) should be included.

Core deliverables:
• Android Studio project with clean, well-commented source
• Signed release APK + debug APK
• AdMob implementation for banner, interstitial, rewarded video (testing credentials first, switch to live before hand-off)
• FCM push notification setup and a brief read-me showing how to send a test message
