"I’m rolling out ERPNext and want the Inventory module fully configured and refined so it works hand-in-hand with our existing in-house tool. My priority is to get rock-solid stock tracking, intuitive warehouse management, and streamlined supplier management running smoothly inside ERPNext, then have those data points flow to and from our custom application through the Frappe framework’s REST API (or another method you suggest).

Here’s the workflow I need to see by the end of the project:
• Every stock movement in ERPNext instantly updates quantities in our in-house dashboard, and any adjustments made internally sync back to ERPNext without conflicts.
• Warehouse locations are mapped one-to-one between the two systems so picking, packing, and transfers remain consistent.
• Supplier records, purchase receipts, and returns are created in ERPNext yet remain searchable and reportable from our own tool.
