1. Project Overview
We intend to implement a Biometric Registration and Verification System to enhance
transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the distribution of food and non-food
assistance across country. This system will help prevent duplicate registrations and
ensure that each beneficiary receives aid only once per distribution cycle.
The solution must include biometric capture (fingerprint), a centralized database, mobile and
web applications, and real-time verification capabilities to facilitate aid distribution
operations nationwide.
