"My PHP / Laravel site already houses our product pages and client portal; I now need a tightly–integrated loan application workflow coded on the same stack (Laravel + MySQL). The front end must feel simple and minimalistic so users can move from browsing to applying with as few clicks as possible while still blending with our current styling.

Scope of the new module
• Loan catalogue: show Personal, Business, Student, Order Finance and Invoice Discounting products pulled from the existing database.
• Application wizard: capture personal information, financial documents, credit history and only the KYC files relevant to the product chosen. Multiple-file upload with size & type validation is essential.
• Status tracking: give applicants a live view (“Submitted, Under Review, Approved, Rejected”) fed by back-office updates.
• Role-based back office: Admins, Relationship Managers and Sales Executives each need tailored dashboards, CRUD privileges and activity logs.
• Notifications: automatic email and WhatsApp alerts at every status change or when additional documents are requested.
• Security: CSRF protection, input sanitisation, encrypted file storage and permission gates throughout.
• Seamless fit: follow our existing layout components, colour palette and Blade templating so the new pages look native. No external theme framework required.

Deliverables
1. Database migrations and seeders for products, applications, roles and permissions.
2. Laravel controllers, models, Blade views and middleware implementing the flow above.
3. Notification service integration (Mail & WhatsApp API of your choice) with environment-based configuration.
4. Git repository or zipped project folder plus a short README covering setup and deployment steps.
