"I need a clean, reliable mobile application that runs on both iOS and Android to let my team create professional sales offers while the client is still in the office.

Back-end flow
• I upload a single Excel file containing the latest inventory, floorplans, acceptable down-payments, installment schedules and the percentage-based discount range for each project.
• The data must be easy to overwrite whenever a new project starts.

Front-end flow
A salesperson opens the app, picks the unit, chooses the currency and selects one of the available payment plans. With one tap the system compiles the details into a branded PDF and immediately shares it through WhatsApp via the phone’s native share sheet.

Deliverables
• Production-ready iOS and Android builds (Flutter, React Native or a comparable cross-platform stack)
• Lightweight admin console for secure Excel uploads and parameter edits
• Dynamic PDF generator that pulls logos, project imagery and the full financial breakdown
