"I need a WordPress-based site focused on listing available rental properties. Property owners must be able to sign up, create a profile, and submit or edit their listings from the front end, while prospective tenants create their own accounts to save favourites and contact owners directly through the site.

Core search and filter tools have to feel fast and intuitive. The experience I’m after includes:
• Location-based search
• Price-range filter
• Property-type filter

Please build this on a clean, lightweight theme, then extend it with reliable plugins for classifieds, front-end submission, and user management (Elementor, ACF, or similar are fine as long as they keep page speed high). I’ll supply the logo and colour palette; you set up the pages, create a sample listing, and walk me through how owners and tenants register and use their dashboards.

Deliverables: a fully functional site on my hosting, responsive across devices, ready for me to start adding real properties, plus a short hand-off video or document so I can maintain it confidently." (client-provided description)
