"I need a mobile application that lets our customers order and pay for their drinks on both iOS and Android, then instantly pick-up without queuing. The flow should feel as quick and personable as chatting with a barista: pick a drink, customise, tap to pay, and receive a precise pick-up time.

Alongside the core checkout journey, I want a simple way for guests to discover new flavours through an in-app recommendation engine. Think Spotify-style suggestions—“Because you loved the caramel latte, try the hazelnut cold brew”—driven by previous orders and basic taste preferences. No manual review screens or star ratings are required; smart, lightweight recommendations are enough.

Key objectives
• Native-quality experience on both iOS and Android (one codebase such as Flutter or React Native is fine, but separate Swift/Kotlin builds are also acceptable).
• Secure payment integration with Apple Pay, Google Pay and major cards.
• Real-time order status so the customer always knows when to head to the counter.
• Intuitive admin panel or API hooks so staff can update the menu, manage modifiers and push limited-time flavours that feed the recommendation engine.

Acceptance criteria
1. Published builds on TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing.
2. Checkout flow passes sandbox payments end-to-end.
3. Recommendation engine returns flavour suggestions within 300 ms and improves with each completed order.
4. Clean, well-documented codebase and README for future updates.
