Core workflow
• Users sign up, complete KYC, and digitally sign contracts before transacting.
• Wallet functionality lets each role send, receive, hold, and withdraw funds, with real-time balance updates.
• Orders are tracked on a live map; delivery staff confirm drop-off with OTP verification.
• The admin panel surfaces role-based analytics, financial reports, and granular permissions.
