"I need an experienced PrestaShop developer to get my store back into perfect working order. Lately the site has been acting up—random glitches, occasional slowdowns, and the odd checkout hiccup—but I’m not seeing any clear error messages in the logs or back office that point to the root cause. Your first task will be to investigate, reproduce and pinpoint the underlying problems; from there, you’ll patch them without disturbing the existing theme, custom modules or core files.

Deliverables
• Full diagnostic report outlining every issue uncovered
• Clean, tested fixes applied to the staging store
• Confirmation that key flows—product pages, cart, checkout, payment, account creation—operate normally on both desktop and mobile
• A brief change log so I can track what was modified for future upgrades

Acceptance Criteria
The live shop must load consistently in under three seconds on GTmetrix, complete a full test purchase (including payment gateway call-backs) without errors, and show no new warnings in the PrestaShop debug console.
