Project description:
"I have a couple of React-based web applications that are roughly 90 % complete. The core logic is solid, but the finish line still needs UI/UX refinement and a handful of new features before I can put them in front of end-users.
What I need from you
• Tidy up layouts, spacing, and responsiveness so every screen looks crisp on all modern browsers.
• Build several predefined features—mostly new dashboard widgets and CRUD views—already specced in Figma and tracked in Jira.
• Modernise any lingering class components or inline-style fragments to clean functional components that follow current React best practices.
• Keep an eye on performance: smaller bundle sizes and Lighthouse scores above 90 are the target.
Workflow & tooling
Code lives in GitHub, with PR reviews, automated tests, and a staging environment ready for quick feedback loops. The stack is React (with hooks and Context/Redux Toolkit), TypeScript, React Router, and Styled-Components; familiarity with these is essential.
Acceptance criteria
• Each feature lands as a separate, merge-ready pull request that passes existing tests.
• Visual updates match the supplied Figma files to within a few pixels.
• No new console errors or warnings in the browser.
• Lighthouse desktop score ≥ 90 after your changes.
I work in two-week sprints—this posting covers the first sprint, and there’s more work lined up if we’re a good fit. When you reply, please link to a recent React web app you shipped, briefly describe a tricky UI problem you solved there, and let me know your typical turnaround for a medium-sized feature."
