"Project: Build a Custom Employee Portal in AppSheet for Multi-Location Coffee Business
Overview:
We are Voyager Craft Coffee — a hospitality-focused specialty coffee company with 6 retail locations, an in-house bakery, and a roastery in California. We’re looking for an experienced AppSheet developer to build a custom employee portal for our store managers and shift supervisors.

This portal will serve as the central hub for day-to-day operations at the management level and must be optimized for mobile and iPad use.

Platform:
We are fully integrated with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Forms) and want this system built in AppSheet, with connected Google Sheets as the backend.

Core Requirements:
You’ll be building an internal app that allows managers and shift leads to:

View and acknowledge company announcements

Complete and sign off on daily and weekly checklists

Submit incident reports with optional image attachments

Access a searchable library of SOPs, policies, and reference docs (linked from Google Drive)

Submit shift reports / end-of-day reports

View location-specific information (like contact lists or checklists)

Navigate a dashboard view tailored to their store and role

Experience a clean, branded, intuitive UX across iPad and mobile

Use role-based access control to limit views and edit permissions

Nice to Have:
Push or email notifications for urgent announcements or assigned tasks

Deliverables:
Fully built AppSheet app linked to properly structured Google Sheets

Custom-branded layout with intuitive UX

Role-based access configuration (admin, manager, shift lead)

All necessary workflows, logic, and automation

App walkthrough (written or Loom) for internal rollout

Assistance adding app links to iPad home screens
