"My Google Ads account is set up to track form-fill conversions through Google Tag Manager, but submissions are simply not being captured. I need you to dive into the GTM container, inspect the current tags, triggers, and variables, and make whatever adjustments are required so every completed form fires the correct Google Ads conversion event in real time.

Once you have updated the setup, please test it end-to-end and show live data flowing into the Google Ads “Form submissions” action. If any additional data-layer pushes or CSS selectors are needed, build them out and document the change so I can maintain it later.

Acceptance criteria
• A test submission appears immediately in Google Ads with the right conversion label and value
• Tag Assistant or Preview mode in GTM shows the firing sequence with no errors
• You supply a brief script or screenshot walkthrough of what was fixed and how to replicate it on future pages" (client-provided description)
