"I’m looking for an experienced front-end engineer to turn a set of detailed design mocks and workflow diagrams into clean, production-ready React components for a web application. The assets are coming from a tool other than Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, but you’ll receive well-structured screens plus interaction notes so you can focus on translating intent into code rather than guessing at layout.

Here’s what matters to me:

• You already have at least three years of hands-on experience shipping React in production and a solid year working with TypeScript (or another strongly-typed language) so the patterns, generics, and strict null checks feel natural to you.
• Code correctness and readability come first; I’d rather see a thoughtful, tested pull request than a quick hack.
• You communicate clearly, respond to review comments rapidly, and enjoy refining details until everything matches the product spec.
• A strong grasp of idiomatic UI implementation patterns—responsive layouts, accessible components, state management, and thoughtful abstraction—is essential because these elements need to slot straight into an existing codebase.

Deliverables I’ll review and accept:

1. A series of reusable, responsive React + TypeScript components that match the provided mocks pixel-for-pixel across modern browsers.
2. Related unit or component tests demonstrating critical states and interactions.
3. A concise README or inline documentation outlining props, state expectations, and any third-party libraries introduced.

The target is to have the initial feature set merged within a month, so I’ll be providing prompt, constructive feedback as we iterate.
