"What I Need

I want to build an ecosystem of Garuda apps using Firebase.
I will design and build the screens/pages myself, but I need you (the freelancer) to do the basic setup first and fix any bugs that come up during the process.

Your Work (Freelancer)

Setup Firebase inside my Firebase Studio environment (I will share the link).

Create Firebase projects (Dev & Prod).

Setup Authentication (Email/Phone/Google).

Setup Firestore Database with collections.

Setup Storage for photos & documents.

Write Security Rules for roles (Admin, Executive, Staff, Buyer).

Create basic apps (React PWAs)

Executive App → field staff add land.

Admin App → approvals & reports.

Office Staff App → processing data.

Buyer/Public App → view available land.

Just login + role check + sample pages (I will design later).

Setup Hosting & Domain

Host each app on Firebase Hosting with my domain [login to view URL] and subdomains.

Cloud Functions (starter)

Add simple functions (set user role, calculate distance, add timestamps).

Bug Fixing

If there are any errors or issues during setup (Auth, Firestore rules, Hosting, Functions), you must debug and fix them.

What I Will Do (My Side)

I will design the UI pages after your setup.
