"I need a lifelike AI-generated female presenter who can deliver short marketing and advertising messages in a friendly, approachable tone. The video should feel natural—lip-sync, gestures, eye contact, and lighting must all sell the illusion that we filmed a real person on set of 9 different vehicle auctions.

Alongside the video engine, build a web-based admin panel so my team can swap out the script whenever a campaign changes. Two capabilities are non-negotiable: a real-time preview that instantly shows how the new lines will look and sound, and user-access management so I can grant or revoke editing rights for different departments. The presenter will advertise a car auction website on 9 different backgrounds to suit the categories on the website, which will be able to be changed from admin panel. The video needs to allow for easy edits to the script can be changed to suit from the admin panel. The female presenter to be able to change clothing from admin panel to suit many occasions like xmas, etc and to be able to change positions in the video so she is not standing in the same position in all videos. The music to be able to be changed from admin panel to suit occasions.
