"I want to spin up a very lean, proof-of-concept clinic-appointment application that works in both Arabic and English. When the app first loads the interface should default to English, with a simple toggle to switch languages at any time. The core flow is straightforward: patients and doctors register or log in, clinics can be browsed and filtered by both specialty and location, doctors set availability, and patients send appointment requests that doctors approve from their side.

I’m deliberately keeping the scope tight—no payments, ratings, or notifications yet—so you can focus on a clean, maintainable codebase and a crisp UI/UX. React on the front-end, Node.js with Express on the back-end, and either SQLite or PostgreSQL for persistence will suit me fine; just document any setup steps clearly.

• Git-based project with React front-end, Express API, and SQL schema
• Auth flows for patient and doctor (email/password is enough)
• Clinic list view with filters (specialty + location) and detail page
• Clinic/doctor dashboards to manage profile, images, and time slots
