"I have a small Node + Express audio-streaming app that relies on websockets, and it keeps blowing past my host’s inbound / outbound limits each day. CPU, memory, and network usage all spike, but I’m not sure which layer is truly at fault—server logic, websocket handling, or the stream pipeline itself.

You’ll find the current code here: [login to view URL] (or in the files I’ve attached). I need you to:

• clone and run the project,
• trace where the resources are leaking or being over-allocated,
• refactor or rewrite the problematic sections for efficient connection management and lower footprint,
• test the patched build under load to confirm the thresholds stay well below my host’s limits, and
• commit your changes back to the repo with clear comments so I can follow along.

Speed matters—I’m already getting daily warnings—so please be comfortable profiling Node processes, optimizing websocket throughput, and handling real-time audio streams. If you can show quick wins and outline any longer-term improvements, even better.
