Project Overview
Meridian Core Solutions requires the full build of a new SharePoint site to serve as our central, private hub for internal operations. The site must be a professional, user-friendly platform that facilitates collaboration for our global and remote workforce. The primary goals are to centralize document management, streamline internal communication, and provide a single source of truth for all company information.

Required Functionality
The freelancer will be responsible for creating and configuring the following key SharePoint components:

1. Main Landing Page (Hub Site)

A professionally designed homepage with a clean, modern aesthetic that aligns with the Meridian Core Solutions brand.

Prominent quick links to key pages (e.g., HR, Projects, Knowledge Hub).

A company news feed or announcement section.

2. Document Management System

A structured document library for all company files.

Create a clear folder structure and apply metadata for easy searching and version control.

Set up a permissions structure that ensures sensitive documents are only accessible to authorized personnel.

3. HR & People Hub

A dedicated section for all HR-related information.

A document library for HR policies, employee handbooks, and leave request forms.

A page for key employee information, such as an employee directory and contact list.

4. Project Management Portal

A template for client project sites.

This template should include a project calendar, task lists, and a document library for project-specific files.

The template should allow for easy creation of new project sites with pre-configured settings.

5. Knowledge & Training Hub

A central location for all company knowledge and training materials.

This includes a library for training videos, guides, and best practices.

A page to manage and track certifications for consultants (e.g., Schedule 26, Quarry Manager).

Technical Requirements
Permissions & Security: Configure a robust permissions model to ensure data security and prevent unauthorized access.

Integrations: The build must integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and Outlook.

Mobile-Friendly Design: The site and all its components must be fully responsive and optimized for mobile access.
