Every user—whether an admin who oversees several buildings, a resident who just moved in, or a plumber answering incident tickets—needs dedicated access with the right permissions.

Core flow
• Quick sign-up and authentication for the three roles (social login acceptable).
• Real-time chat so any member can reach an admin or approved provider without sharing personal phone numbers.
• Incident reporting: residents open a ticket, attach photos, track status; admins can assign it to a provider and monitor resolution.
• Push notifications to keep everyone updated on chat messages, incident status changes, or community announcements.
• A structured database that stores profiles, incidents and chat history safely while remaining easy to query for analytics.
