I already run a caching plugin, but key performance indicators still look like this: a 1.49 s server response, 63 separate requests, un-minified CSS, two images without alt text, and a Google PageSpeed mobile score stuck in the mid-50s. I want to see green lights everywhere and a Lighthouse/PageSpeed mobile score in the 90 + range.

Here’s what has to happen:
• Bring initial server response down to 0.79 s or faster without breaking existing functionality.
• Consolidate or defer assets so total HTTP requests drop well below the current 63.
• Minify every lingering CSS file and confirm no styling issues arise.
• Locate the one or two images that lack alt text and insert the exact copy I supply.
• Push overall mobile performance into the 90s; desktop should naturally follow suit.
