develop a Flutter app that connects with our existing Matrix/Synapse and Sygnal setup. The app will allow login with a Matrix account and will receive push notifications for both messages and calls. Notifications will work in all states (foreground, background, and terminated) on both Android and iOS. Ensure proper handling with CallKit on iOS and native call notifications on Android so it behaves like a real messaging app.
