Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Resourcer to join our team and support our mission of connecting companies with world-class AI and tech talent. You will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, engaging with talent communities, and assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology, with an eye for spotting high-quality candidates in a competitive space


Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source AI and tech talent across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals).
Pre-screen candidates through structured calls, CV reviews, and basic technical checks.
Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a high-quality experience throughout.
Research emerging tech talent hubs, trends, and role-specific skill sets.
Maintain accurate records on our ATS/CRM system.
Support coordination of candidate assessments and interviews.

Skills & Experience:
Previous resourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house).
Familiarity with sourcing in technical domains such as software development, data science, and AI.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proactive, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, or similar ATS platforms.
Minimum of 4 years experience as Tech & AI recruiter.
