"Our Angular 17 monorepo already hosts several standalone components and shared libraries; now I want to add a brand-new UI feature that fits the same architecture. The job is to craft a reusable standalone component—from visual design through to rock-solid behavior—then wire it into the existing library structure without compromising performance.

Here’s what success looks like for me:

• Design & layout: follow the current Figma guidelines, keep styling in SCSS alongside the component, and expose theme variables so other apps can override them easily.
• Functionality & behavior: write clean TypeScript, use Angular Signals where it makes sense, cover edge cases with Jasmine/Jest unit tests, and document public APIs via Storybook stories.
• Performance: lazy-load resources, keep bundle impact minimal, and confirm rendering stays under 16 ms on our reference devices (Chrome Lighthouse score ≥ 90).

The monorepo relies on Angular CLI 17, Nx workspace tooling, and ESLint. I’ll give you branch access and a ticket with any API mocks or sample data you need; when your merge request passes CI (lint, test, build) the task is complete." (client-provided description)
