"I have an existing Node.js backend that needs to be spun up on my Windsurf environment, and I’d like to keep the same developer onboard for steady, week-to-week work. I’m available after 11 AEST, so that’s when we’ll sync for hand-offs, code reviews and quick stand-ups.

First priority is getting the current repository running: clone it, sort the environment variables, configure any required services, and confirm the app is live with no errors. Once that foundation is solid, I’ll rely on you every week for two core tasks—clearing out reported bugs and building out new features as we road-map them.
