"This project will create a polished, luxury-focused online store for my Abaya brand, aimed at customers across the GCC. The visual language must immediately convey premium quality, so every screen—from homepage hero banners to checkout—needs the same refined aesthetic found in high-end fashion sites.

Core build scope
• Full e-commerce flow: category browsing (initially “Abayas”), advanced filters, cart, checkout, order confirmation, customer accounts.
• Payment: direct integration with trusted local GCC processors such as Mada, Knet, Benefit, Sadad, plus room to expand to PayPal or Stripe later if desired. Transactions must be fully secure and PCI-compliant.
• Shipping: real-time rate calculation and label generation for all GCC countries, with tracking visible in the customer dashboard.
• Admin comfort: a clean back-office where I can add, edit, or retire products, upload look-book images, run discount codes, and export orders.
• Mobile-first code and responsive UI/UX so the experience feels as smooth on a phone as it does on desktop.
• SEO best practices baked in (speed, structured data, meta tags) to position the brand strongly on regional search engines.

Acceptance criteria
1. Pixel-perfect luxury design signed off on both desktop and mobile mock-ups.
2. Seamless end-to-end test purchase using a GCC payment gateway sandbox.
3. Successful test shipment booked to every GCC country.
4. Lighthouse performance score 90+ on mobile.
5. Admin tutorial video or live walkthrough showing product upload and order management.
