"I’m expanding my existing document & evidence management module and need a Vue.js-focused partner who can take it to the next level. The main objective is to add new features—especially a robust file-upload and approval workflow that currently causes the most friction.

The new workflow must let a user upload, submit, and track evidence, while a reviewer can approve or reject it with full maker-checker control. Uploads will include images, documents, and videos, all stored and versioned through our GraphQL layer and surfaced in Vuex state.

Here’s what you’ll tackle:
• Build the end-to-end upload, submit, approve/reject flow, wiring it to existing GraphQL CRUD endpoints via Apollo Client.
• Refactor Vuex actions and mutations so progress, status, and errors are reflected instantly across the UI.
• Polish Vuetify forms, dialogs, and grid layouts, tightening validation rules and streamlining interactions.
• Identify and squash any bottlenecks in validation logic or state updates to keep screens responsive.

Success means I can watch a file move seamlessly from “uploaded” to “approved” (or “rejected”) with visual status cues, audit trails, and zero validation errors. You’ll work in a well-structured Vue 3 + Vuetify 3 + Apollo stack, with Git for source control and clear acceptance tests for each stage of the workflow." (client-provided description)
