UPI Subscription Web Portal need Web Development

Budget: Recommended by industry experts
Time to start: As soon as possible
Project description:
"I need a small web portal that speaks the Unified Provider Interface (UPI) to our vendor’s store. The portal has to generate the exact XML payloads UPI expects and push them via HTTP POST to the vendor’s front-end address over mutual TLS. That means the code must present a client certificate on every call and gracefully surface 400 / 403 errors when the cert is missing or expired.
Core API operations to wire up
• Activate, renew, soft-cancel, pause, and resume subscriptions
• GetDownloadLinks – both single download URLs and licence-registration links
• Reports endpoint – fetch the list of available reports for an account and let the user download any of them
User-facing requirements
The interface can be simple, but it must let a logged-in user:
– Activate or renew a subscription
– Pause or resume an existing subscription
– Pull download links and licence-registration links on demand
Audit & logging
Every subscription change, every download request, and every user login must be recorded to an audit log that I can query later.
Technical notes
• XML must match the UPI schema exactly; I will supply sample files.
• HTTPS with client-certificate authentication (mutual TLS) is mandatory; no secondary token system is needed.
• Handle and display non-200 responses clearly, highlighting certificate-related failures.
• Any modern stack is fine—Node.js/Express + Axios, .NET 6 + HttpClient, or similar—as long as it is clean and well-documented.
Deliverables
1. Source code for the portal (frontend + backend)
2. README with setup steps, including how to install the client cert locally and in Docker, if used
3. Sample environment file with endpoints and cert paths
4. Postman (or similar) collection showing each API call
5. Short deployment guide for Linux server
I’ll be available for quick answers and can provide test certificates and sandbox credentials once development starts." (client-provided description)
