"I’m looking for a developer who can deliver a clean and modern MVP website, handling both design and development end-to-end. The site should be lightweight, contemporary, and fully responsive across all devices.

For this MVP, I only need the essential features in place so I can test the concept with early users. Core requirements include a secure user registration/login system, the ability to create and manage listings, and a simple form of interaction between users. Everything else—additional pages, design refinements, extra features—can be expanded later once the MVP is validated. You are free to use the stack you work best with (WordPress with a custom theme, React/Node, Laravel, etc.), as long as the result is stable and allows me to make small content updates on my own.

Deliverables should include a fully responsive site deployed to my hosting with HTTPS, secure authentication with password reset, functional listings, basic interaction between users, and a simple admin panel. A short handover guide or walkthrough is also expected so I can manage the platform going forward.
