"Develop a VR application (APK) for Meta Quest 3 that overlays a live video feed from a PC-based Python application onto the Quest 3’s passthrough view. The goal is to create a seamless augmented reality experience similar to the one demonstrated in this video.

Core Requirements
Platform: Meta Quest 3 (Android APK)

Source Feed: Python application running on PC

Streaming Method: Acceptable to use OBS Virtual Camera as the video source

Display Mode: Overlay the video feed onto the Quest 3’s passthrough view

Technical Workflow
1. Passthrough Access Use the Quest 3 camera passthrough API to access the real-world video feed.

2. Video Processing Stream the passthrough feed to the Python application for processing (e.g., object detection, AR enhancements).

3. Preview Window Display the processed video in a preview window on the PC.

4. VR Overlay Stream the preview window back to Quest 3 and render it as an overlay on top of the passthrough view.
