"We have B2B SaaS platform that merges robust web-based features with AI-assisted, GoHighLevel-powered automations to simplify and elevate customer-service workflows. The core stack is still flexible, but the heart of the job is solid, clean web development that can scale while integrating tightly with GHL’s API, modern AI endpoints, and common help-desk tooling.

Scope
• Front-end: craft an intuitive, responsive interface (React or comparable) where users configure support workflows and monitor live metrics.
• Back-end: develop secure endpoints and a multitenant architecture capable of handling GHL webhooks, AI inference calls, and billing.
• Automation layer: map typical customer-service events—new ticket, chat request, voicemail drop—to triggers that launch GHL workflows, AI chat responses, and internal notifications.
• Integrations: single-sign-on, Stripe, and at least one knowledge-base provider for contextual AI replies.

Success Criteria
1. A working MVP deployed to a staging URL.
2. GHL workflow created from the app and successfully triggered by a test customer-service event.
3. AI response served to a user within 2 seconds median latency.
4. Clear, developer-ready documentation (API, env variables, data models).
