"I’m looking to translate a set of customer-support workflows into a polished, corporate-grade mobile experience that feels native on both iOS and Android. All screens should share a clear, business-oriented aesthetic—clean lines, restrained colour palette, and typography that communicates trust and professionalism rather than playfulness.
You’ll receive my user stories, brand colours, and a few rough wireframes. From there I need you to refine the journeys (creating a ticket, live chat, status tracking, FAQ browsing, account settings) and develop a cohesive design system that adapts smoothly across phone and tablet breakpoints on both platforms.
Deliverables
• Low-fidelity wireframes for quick alignment
• High-fidelity screens for every key flow, responsive to iOS & Android guidelines
• Clickable prototype (Figma preferred) showing complete end-to-end paths
• Component library: colours, typography, icons, buttons, form elements
• Export-ready assets and a brief hand-off note so engineers can move straight into implementation
