"I have a complete 5-page real-estate design ready in Figma and need it rebuilt as a lean, custom WordPress theme—not a page-builder layout and not a tweaked marketplace template. The finished site must mirror the design pixel for pixel, respond flawlessly on mobile, tablet, and desktop, and display consistently in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Here’s what I expect you to hand over:
• A fully installed custom theme that matches every detail of the Figma mock-ups across all five pages.
• Clean PHP, CSS/SCSS, and [login to view URL] code that keeps load times low.
• Responsive breakpoints thoroughly tested and fixed.
