An application designed to solve the problem of fraud and scams in providing online remote services by connecting the service requester with the service provider through monitored live streaming, with the option to switch to a private session for handling confidential transactions, in addition to interactive features and a request posting system.

Via mobile number and country code (OTP).

2. Live Streaming + Voice Interaction

The employee/host can start a live stream.

Viewers can participate in voice chat directly (Voice Chat Auto Join).

3. Private Sessions

Ability to switch the stream to a private session between the employee and the user to complete a specific transaction or confidential service.

The broadcaster can switch the public stream (available to everyone) into a private stream — for example, a closed meeting between the broadcaster and a specific user or any number of people they choose for the closed meeting.

The broadcaster has the ability to share their mobile screen or share the computer desktop, allowing viewers to watch the work online.

The broadcaster can control the camera (front or back) and share the desktop.

Users can speak but cannot write.

The broadcaster has the following options:

Mute all

Unmute all

Select specific people to speak, while the rest can only watch and enjoy


Any user who wants to talk or request a service can raise their hand , and the broadcaster can choose to allow them to speak by voice only.

Any user who wants to record a stream must contact security or the account moderator and obtain a code or key, either on a monthly plan or an annual plan.

If the user obtains a broadcast access code, they can enter for the duration set by the admin.
