The idea is simple: anyone in the field can open the app, drop a pin, submit details, and instantly see their report ripple out to every other user in real time. An interactive map (Google Maps or Mapbox) sits at the heart of the experience, constantly refreshing so new markers appear without a manual reload.

Key functions I need you to implement include:
• User-submitted sightings captured through a clean, step-by-step form (photo upload, description, date/time, optional anonymity).
• Live location tracking so the map recenters on the user and shows a subtle pulse when someone nearby posts a new event.
• A seamless interactive map with clustering for high-density areas and filtering by date, credibility, or proximity.
• Secure cloud backing—Firebase or a comparable real-time database—so entries sync instantly and remain tamper-resistant.
