"I’m looking to bring Alankosofy to life as a native Android social-networking app. The vision is straightforward: connect users around shared interests with a clean, modern interface that feels fast and intuitive on every recent Android device.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Build a fully functional Android app from scratch (Kotlin or Java—your call) that allows secure sign-up/login, profile creation, posting, liking/commenting, real-time chat or messaging, and a personalised feed.
• Implement a lightweight, scalable back-end (Firebase, Supabase, or a RESTful API you recommend) and structure the database so future features slot in easily.
• Follow Google Material Design guidelines for a polished, on-brand UI.
• Deliver clear, human-readable code with inline comments plus a concise README explaining the build, run, and deploy steps.
• Hand over source in a Git repo, an APK for testing, and short videos/GIFs demonstrating core flows.

Acceptance criteria
1. App installs and launches without crashes on Android 9+.
2. New users can register, verify email, and edit their profile.
3. Users can create a post (text + image), see it immediately in their feed, and interact with other posts.
4. 1-to-1 chat delivers messages under normal mobile data conditions in <2 seconds.
5. UI passes Material Design accessibility checks and adapts to light/dark mode.
