"I’m building a web-based portal for our healthcare clients who manage multiple facilities and hundreds of staff members. Each employee must be able to create a personal account with a standard email-and-password login, browse approved uniform options, and submit an order that is automatically tagged to the correct payroll deduction.

Key functions I need in this first release include:

• Individual employee dashboards showing available allowance, size and color selections, and a running uniform balance that syncs with our weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll cycles.
• A smooth checkout flow that logs every order against the employee record, captures size, color, and SKU, then marks the order for payroll deduction without exposing any wage data on the front end.
• Order tracking that lets employees see current status updates and a full order history, while administrators can filter by location, date range, or payroll cycle and export to CSV.
• A multi-tenant admin console so each facility manager can view only their location’s data while corporate retains a master view.
• Clean, role-based permissions, responsive UI, and well-structured database to keep future integrations (e.g., SSO or multifactor) straightforward.

I’ll consider the project complete once employees can log in, place an order, see status updates and history, and the admin panel reliably reports every transaction by employee, location, and payroll period.
