"I need a WordPress-based site that puts our architecture portfolio front and center. The entire build should follow a modern, minimalistic aesthetic—clean grids, generous white space, understated typography, and subtle animation that lets the work speak for itself. this is an existing site which i need to redesign.

Core focus
The site’s sole purpose is to showcase completed and in-progress projects. Within the portfolio section I want high-quality photo galleries, concise yet informative project descriptions, and an intuitive project filter so visitors can jump straight to residential, commercial, or competition work.

Scope of work
• WordPress setup on our hosting, including a lightweight, Gutenberg-friendly theme or a custom child theme.
• Custom portfolio post type with fields for project name, location, size, year, and a short narrative.
• Masonry or grid gallery layouts that open in a distraction-free lightbox.
• Smooth page transitions and lazy-loaded images for fast performance.
• Fully responsive styling—desktop, tablet, mobile—with attention to retina displays.
• Basic pages for About, Services, and Contact (simple form routed to our e-mail).


Acceptance criteria
1. Portfolio grid displays correctly in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
2. Google PageSpeed Insights scores 85+ on mobile.
3. All text, colors, and imagery follow the approved minimal palette we’ll provide.
4. Final site is delivered on my live domain with administrator credentials handed over.
