Project description:
"I need a lightweight Android application that lets two phones settle person-to-person payments without any internet connection, pairing them over Bluetooth only. The flow I have in mind is simple:

• Sender opens the app, enters the amount, taps “Send”.
• Receiver’s phone is discovered, a secure Bluetooth channel is established, and both screens show the transaction details.
• Sender confirms with a 4- or 6-digit PIN.
• Both devices store an identical signed record of the transfer so balances stay consistent until either phone later comes online to sync or export the ledger.

Core requirements
– Android native build in Kotlin or Java, developed in Android Studio.
– Use standard Bluetooth or BLE APIs; no Wi-Fi Direct, NFC, or internet fallback.
– PIN-based authentication only (no biometrics).
– AES-encrypted payloads and a simple public/secret key scheme so the receiver can’t alter amounts in transit.
– Local SQLite (or Room) ledger with the ability to export as JSON or CSV.
– Clean, minimalist UI: balance, history, “Send”, “Receive”, and “Settings”.

Deliverables
1. Signed APK for testing plus full source code.
2. Brief setup/build guide and API notes (Bluetooth handshake, encryption).
3. One-page user walkthrough for non-technical testers.

Acceptance
Payment transfers must complete under ten seconds at a two-metre range, reject on wrong PIN, and persist correctly after app restart. I’ll test on two stock Android 12 devices; if everything works as described, the project is complete." (client-provided description)
