"I’ve built a form in [login to view URL] and have a Supabase project ready to go; what’s missing is the connection between them. The goal is straightforward: every time my form is submitted, the user’s answers, the exact submission timestamp, and any attached files should land in the appropriate Supabase table or storage bucket. I also need an email sent to my inbox when users submit the form.

On top of the basic wiring, I’d like simple validation—nothing fancy, just checks that required fields aren’t empty and that uploaded files meet size / type limits before anything is written to the database.

Deliverables
• A working API / webhook or other recommended method that pushes the form data into Supabase in real time
• Basic validation rules implemented either in the function layer or within Supabase row-level policies—whichever is cleaner
• Clear, short instructions (or commented code) so I can edit field mappings or tweak validations later
