"I’m kicking off the creation of an entirely new application that must run smoothly on both web and mobile. From the database layer right through to the interface, every piece of the stack is open for you to shape.

The heart of the product is “manufacturing quality.” That means our data models, business logic, and UI components all revolve around capturing, tracking, and displaying production-quality metrics in real time. I’ll rely on you to propose the stack that best supports this goal—feel free to leverage modern frameworks such as React or Vue on the front end, Node.js, Django, or similar on the back end, and any cloud-hosted SQL or NoSQL database that keeps latency low.

Here’s what success looks like:
• A responsive web dashboard and a companion mobile experience that mirror one another in functionality and design continuity.
• End-to-end workflow that lets a plant operator log in, record quality data, and immediately see analytics visualisations.
• Clear, well-commented code with a README that lets an internal team member spin up the project in one command.
• A short hand-off session (recorded video or live call—your choice) so our in-house developers can maintain the codebase confidently.
