"An app should have a standard daily checklist / schedule / To-Do page as a template that needs to be filled every day, containing the following features:

On the left side, there should be columns with time along with daily hourly activities that can be filled in.

On the bottom right corner, there should be a “+” (plus) button. When clicked, a popup should open, automatically fetching the current time. The user can type in the task and save it. The entry should automatically be placed in the main list according to the time sequence.

The app’s interface should always display the new day only. Whatever information is added in categories or the daily list should only appear for that day.

The interface should remain clean and neat — old dates should not be shown on the main screen.

In the menu bar, there should be a search option that searches the entire database, and also a calendar option, where a date can be selected to display that day’s interface.

On the home screen, swiping left or right should display previous or next dates, showing the interface of that selected date.

On the top left of the home screen, the date with real-time clock should be displayed, and on the top right, it should display “Hello, Username”.

In the menu bar, there should also be a Categories option that shows all categories like Notes, Learnings, Books, etc.

In the Categories window, there should be a plus (+) button on the bottom right corner to add a new category, with the ability to set a custom color for each category.

At the end of every month (on the last date), the app should automatically generate a PDF available in the menu. This PDF should include the entire month’s data in sequence, for example:

Each category should have:

A separate page with the category name written large in the center (e.g., “Notes”).

Then its content below.

Followed by the next category’s page with its content, and so on.


The PDF should be generated for each month and each date, including all assets such as timestamp, day, and date.

The content of the Categories pages should appear in a handwritten-style font in blue color, with grey underlines — just like writing in a real diary or notebook.

The month duration should start on the 1st of every month and end on the last date of that month.

The day duration should be from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.

The app interface should be aesthetic and mindful.

The app should keep records of the last edit. Whenever a category, sub-category, or page is created, the timestamp with date should be shown, either in an (i) info button or in another better way.

For example: if a category page is created, the date and time stamp should appear. If later, at another date or time, more content is added to the same page, a new timestamp should also be recorded and displayed." (client-provided description)
