"I must connect my .NET C# application to an external SOAP web service so we can reliably exchange user information between the two systems. The work covers everything from consuming the WSDL to handing back well-formed responses and proving the whole flow in SOAP UI.

Core tasks
• Build the C# integration layer that sends and receives the required user-related requests.
• Map all request and response fields so data arrives in the exact format the partner system expects.
• Create a SOAP UI project with repeatable test cases that demonstrate the call sequence, happy path, and key edge cases.
• Implement and show the following security measures:
– Encryption over transport (HTTPS or equivalent)
– Authentication that matches WS-Security or a comparable token strategy
– Robust data validation on both inbound and outbound payloads

Deliverables will include the compiled DLL or source project, the SOAP UI test suite, and a short read-me detailing configuration steps and any third-party packages used. Once I can run the SOAP UI tests locally and see encrypted, authenticated, and validated traffic flowing without errors, the job is complete." (client-provided description)
