"I want a complete mobile payment platform engineered to sit natively on telecom signalling infrastructure. Your build must integrate SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter and SCTP end-to-end while delivering the everyday features users expect from modern wallets.

Core functions I need online from day one include secure user authentication and authorization, a full transaction history that can be queried at any time, plus real-time notifications or alerts for every event. On the front end I’m aiming for a rich, interactive interface—slick animations and fast, intuitive flows rather than a bare-bones screen set.

Beyond those essentials, the solution should be extensible so that card payments, peer-to-peer transfers, bill pay and other value-added modules can hook straight into the same signalling stack without major rework.
