"I need a complete online solution that lets customers browse, book, and pay for my services seamlessly on web, iOS, and Android. The flow is straightforward: visitors land on the site or open the app, choose a service, pick an available slot, pay with GCash or QRPH, then track or manage their booking from a personal dashboard. Merchant enrollment and merchant admin panel is included.

To keep engagement high, the mobile apps must include live chat support for quick questions and a customer-review section so new users see real feedback. An intuitive admin panel is essential for adding services, setting schedules, monitoring transactions, and responding to chat in real time.

Deliverables I expect:
• Responsive service-based e-commerce website
• Native or cross-platform iOS and Android apps published to their respective stores
