"ARTISTING is a leading professional services firm for the cultural and creative industries. As part of our expansion, we are implementing Odoo as our central business platform to fully integrate operations and drive efficiency

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Specialist who will take full ownership of the configuration and deployment of our system. This is not a support role – the freelancer will be responsible for the entire implementation process from start to finish.

SCOPE OF WORK

The freelancer will be fully in charge of:

- Setting up company structures.
- Configuring client, employee and supplier portals.
- Implementing communication flows (emails and notifications).
- Designing complete workflows across all departments.
- Ensuring integration of business areas into a unified system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo for ARTISTING.
- Manage all technical and functional aspects of the project independently.
- Configure portals, workflows and communication systems without external supervision.
- Deliver training, documentation and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, accounting standards).

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven track record in full-cycle Odoo implementations (not partial or module-only).
- Strong knowledge of core business processes (sales, finance, HR, support, customer care).
- Ability to independently configure portals, workflows and integrations.
- Experience with compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)." (client-provided description)
