"I want to relaunch my rubbish and waste-clearance company online with a site that feels more polished and trustworthy than rubbish-collectors.co.uk. The visual language needs to lean professional and corporate—clean lines, restrained colour palette, clear typography—so visitors instantly read us as dependable and fully licensed traders.

Core build
• WordPress or another widely supported CMS is fine as long as I can edit text and images myself later.
• Standard structure: home page plus the usual Services, About Us and Contact sections. I am happy to take your advice on the exact navigation flow if it improves conversions.

Must-have functionality
• Online booking system that lets customers choose a collection slot, supply basic job details and receive confirmation emails automatically.
• Customer reviews module displayed on-page and easy for me to moderate.
• Simple pricing calculator where a user selects waste type and volume and gets an instant, transparent quote before they book.

Look & feel
The site should load fast, be mobile-first, and comply with good SEO practices out of the box. Imagery should favour real-world photos of crews, trucks and before/after scenarios rather than generic stock. Icons and micro-interactions need to stay subtle and on-brand.

Deliverables
• Fully responsive website handed over on my hosting.
• Admin credentials with a brief video or PDF walkthrough showing me how to update content, prices and booking slots.
