"I’m moving my WordPress site from its current cloud server to a new local host and need the entire switch to feel invisible to visitors—especially the lead-capture form that feeds my sales team. You’ll have full access to both servers so you can copy every file, database table, custom plugin and configuration exactly as they are, then verify that nothing is missing once the site is live on the new box.

Email already runs through Microsoft 365, so the MX, SPF, DKIM and related DNS entries must stay untouched. Only the A-record (and AAAA if relevant) should change after you confirm the site is 100 % functional on the new host.

I don’t yet have an SSL certificate for the destination environment; please generate and install a fresh Let’s Encrypt (or comparable) certificate and set it to auto-renew. When everything is in place, flip the DNS, monitor propagation and test the site and lead form for any hiccups so no submissions are lost.
