Project description:
"## Project overview
I need an MVP web app that allows **\[target users]** to **\[primary outcome]**. The goal is to validate the product with real users within **\[6–8 weeks]** and be ready for a soft launch.
## Scope & features (MVP)
1. **Authentication & roles**
* Email/password + Google OAuth
* Roles: User, Admin
* Forgot/reset password, email verification
2. **Core user flows**
* \[Flow 1]: Users can create/read/update/delete **\[objects]**
* \[Flow 2]: Users can **\[search/filter/sort]**
* \[Flow 3]: Upload media/files (max size \[X]MB), preview
3. **Payments (if applicable)**
* Stripe checkout + webhooks
* Plans: Free, Pro, Team
* Handle invoices, refunds, proration (basic)
4. **Admin**
* CRUD for users & content
* Basic analytics (signups, active users, revenue)
5. **Non-functional**
* Responsive UI (mobile-first)
* Basic accessibility (WCAG AA basics)
* Error handling & empty states
* Logging + minimal audit trail
## Tech preferences (flexible if you propose better)
* **Frontend:** [login to view URL] (App Router), React, TypeScript, Tailwind
* **Backend:** Node.js (NestJS/Express) or Django REST
* **DB:** PostgreSQL + Prisma/SQLAlchemy
* **Auth:** NextAuth or JWT (rotating refresh)
* **Payments:** Stripe
* **Infra/DevOps:** Vercel (FE), Render/[login to view URL] (BE), S3-compatible storage, GitHub Actions CI
* **Testing:** Unit + a few integration tests (critical flows)
## Deliverables
* Source code in my GitHub (PRs, conventional commits)
* Deployed **staging** and **production** with infra notes
* Seed script & migration files
* `.[login to view URL]` and setup guide (≤ 2 pages)
* Minimal test suite covering auth, one core flow, Stripe webhook
* 1-hour handoff call + loom walkthroughs (links)
## Milestones (example)
1. **Week 1–2:** UX wireframes, schema, auth skeleton — **20%**
2. **Week 3–4:** Core flows + admin CRUD — **35%**
3. **Week 5:** Stripe + emails + polish — **25%**
4. **Week 6:** Testing, deploy, handoff — **20%**
## Acceptance criteria (samples)
* New user can sign up (email + Google), verify email, log in/out
* Create/edit/delete **\[object]** with validation & file upload
* Stripe payment succeeds; webhook updates user to **Pro**
* Admin can deactivate a user and see real-time effect
* Lighthouse performance ≥ 85 on a typical page
* README lets a dev run the app locally in ≤ 10 minutes
## Security & privacy
* Store secrets in env vars, never in repo
* Parameterized queries; server-side validation & rate limits
* File uploads scanned/type-checked; public files use signed URLs
* GDPR-friendly data export/delete endpoints (basic)
## What to include in your proposal
* Short note on similar apps (links, what you built)
* Your proposed stack (call out deviations)
* Timeline with milestones & effort per milestone
* Fixed price **or** hourly estimate + cap
* Any assumptions/risks you see
* Earliest start date & weekly availability
*Start your bid with “BLUEBIRD”. Bids without it will be skipped.*
## Budget & contract
* **Budget:** €\[2,500–3,000] for MVP (flexible for the right fit)
* Payment via Freelancer milestones only; code/IP transfers on full payment
* NDA and contractor agreement required before access
---
## Optional add-ons to copy if needed
* Multi-tenant setup (orgs/teams, invite by email)
* i18n (EN now, hooks for future locales)
* Basic analytics events (PostHog)
* Email provider (Resend/SendGrid) for verification + receipts" (client-provided description)
