"I’m ready to launch a full-feature website modeled closely on 91Club and need someone who can take it from blank server to production-ready product. The domain and hosting are already in place; what I still need is the complete build—front-end, back-end, and a robust admin panel.

Core scope
• Replicate the main user flow found on 91Club, including smooth registration, secure login, and profile management.
• Build an intuitive admin dashboard where I can manage users, content, transactional data, and site settings without touching code.
• Implement a flexible content-management layer so pages, banners, and promos can be updated on the fly.
• Enable e-commerce style transactions and wire in at least one mainstream payment gateway. I’m open to PayPal, Stripe, Square, or whichever option you recommend; reliability and security are the priorities.
• Handle full setup—database, server-side configuration, SSL, and deployment—so the site goes live cleanly on my hosting account.

Acceptance criteria
1. All 91Club-like features function end-to-end for both visitors and admins.
2. Payments process in sandbox and live modes without errors.
3. Admin panel actions (add/edit/delete users, content, and transactions) reflect instantly on the front-end.
4. Site is delivered fully deployed, tested, and ready for public traffic.
